REFUND CONDITIONS

Therefore, if you decide to start your return process; In order to address you, we kindly ask you to send a short explanation about the reason of your return to studioanatolian@gmail.com, along with your name and surname, your telephone number that we can reach you.

Delivery time;

Studio Anatolian makes great efforts to deliver your products to you as soon as possible. Most of the products reach you within 2-5 days. However, designs produced by handmade production method may be subjected to reproduction due to human error. For this reason, the determined delivery times are as follows:
Street Art Collection: Cargo within 14 days, 2-7 days delivery time,
Metal Art Collection: Shipping within 1 business day, 2-7 days distribution time,
Metal Poster Collection: Shipping within 1 business day, 2 -7 days delivery time.
If you place an incorrect order;
The return period is 7 days. Cargo delivery belongs to the customer. The Product Invoice must be filled in the SAMPLE WITHDRAWAL FORM specified in the last line of the Distance Sales Contract and sent with the product to the Studio Anatolian address. In this case, studioanatolian.com will either exchange the product with another product or refund the fee.
Problems caused by delivery;
If the product is checked during cargo delivery and there is physical damage, the package should not be received from the Cargo Company. After the product is received from the Cargo Company, the physically damaged product cannot be returned.
If the package has not been accepted and the report has been kept, it should be reported to Studio Anatolian as soon as possible, together with the remaining copy of the report. Studio Anatolian will ensure that a new delivery takes place as soon as possible.
If there is a Production-Printing Error;
If the reason for the return is technical failure or defect of the product, studioanatolian.com will make a replacement or refund with another product as much as the price of the product. In this case, when the product is returned, if the return is sent by the cargo companies we have contracted with, it will be covered by us, and the shipping costs sent to other companies will belong to you.
The Product Invoice must be filled in the SAMPLE WITHDRAWAL FORM specified in the last line of the Distance Sales Contract and sent with the product to the address of Studio Anatolian Modern Art Workshop. When the returned product reaches Studio Anatolian, it will be replaced with an error-free copy or a refund will be made.
If the reason for the return is "dislike", the refund or exchange amount with another product will only be equal to the amount of that disliked product, and the product price will not cover the excluding payments. In this case, when the product is returned, the shipping cost of the return belongs to the customer.
